Determinants Influencing Distance Learning at Health Technology Higher Education Institutions in Portugal

Introducing distance learning within higher education institutions (HEIs) is a key societal issue, especially in the health sector, due to its vivo nature. Public policies play an important role these digital environments. This study aims identify determinants influencing national public that foster transformation Health HEIs Portugal. A prospective survey, using structural analysis of Godet’s method, conducted, and data are gathered from different sector stakeholders. Despite efforts increase literacy funding toward HEIs, weak strategy implementation plan for still prevalent. The driver success grounded on international cooperation between professionals, hospitals, through transferability processes innovative practices.
